Sunderland won the Chamionship while Birmingham City finished as runners up. Derby County, West Bromwich Albion, Wolves and Southampton make up the play-off places while Southend United, Luton Town and Leeds United all drop down to League One.

Scunthorpe United and Bristol City won automatic promotionto the Championship with Blackpool, Nottingham Forest, Yeovil Town and Oldham Athletic fighting it out in the play offs. Swansea City missed out on the play-offs by a whisker while relegation was decided last week.

Walsall finished top of the league while Hartlepool United and Swindon Town also won automatic promotion. MK Dons, Lincoln City, Bristol Rovers and Shrewsbury Town made the play-offs but Boston United and Torquay United were both relegated to the Conference.
